Storm has the power to control the weather. She can create storms such as thunderstorms, tornadoes, or blizzards. She can create chains of lightning and create floods. Her emotions greatly impact her powers. She can also create and manipulate wind currents to allow her to fly.
WEAKNESSES|| 
Besides the fact that an outburst of emotions that can control her powers, Storm suffers from claustrophobia, or the fear of tight enclosed places. It is a fear she acquired from being buried under a wall of bricks. When her fear takes over and can totally throw her out of wack causing her to behave abnormally like panicking, losing control of her powers, screaming, and losing focus.

Storm is often seen as a motherly figure and a mentor to the many students at the Institute. She is very friendly and understanding. She is also a powerful independent woman who can take care of herself and is very intelligent. She is a somewhat, "by the book" type of leader and always prefers teamwork and is a mutant who is trying to keep Professor X's dream for equality true.

HISTORY|| Storm has lived in in Cairo, Egypt and Kenya. Her parents were killed in a plane crash. She lived in Kenya as a tribal goddess until Professor X recruited her as an X-Men. She was one of his first students and was a founding member of the X-Men, closely working with Jean and Scott. She as worked at the school as an English teacher for some time and has tried her best to protect her students and keep Xavier's dream alive.

She stacked the papers and looked out the window.

Storm crossed her arms and the turned around back to the empty classroom. She had just given a lecture on American Literature and majority of the class looked bored with it, but she couldn't blame them. These mutant kids had powers and they were interested in only one thing and that was getting into the danger room, getting a uniform, getting a codename, and going out into the real world and crime fighting. She chuckled at the thought of the students fighting crime because it was much more than that. Only some of the advanced older students got to use the danger room, and even the adults still had to use it every now and then because each threat was different.

She picked up her lesson plans and then packed them into a folder to which she jammed inside of her desk drawer. Her hair was in a bun, but she undid it and tossed her white hair around. She looked out the window again, the clouds looked gray, but she could change that, and she would. She smiled as her eyes iris and pupils blended into pure whiteness and the clouds began to thin and become white. The dark skies started to become bright blue and she looked out the window. "No one's around...it wouldn't hurt to just do it for a few minutes...it's been a long day," she said to herself and opened the window. She took off her blazer and put it on he desk and she leaped out the window and the clouds seemed to catch her.

She flew into the sky breathing in the fresh air and embracing the feeling of nature. "Ah...this is nice," she said to herself as she was flying around in the sky, bursting through the clouds. But eventually the fun had to end, and she swiftly and delicately hovered inside the classroom. She put her blazer back on and then put her hair in a bun and walked out.
